Appium 1.20.0-beta.0 - Getting 500 error with tapping by coordinates

Getting WebDriverException when Appium tries to tap by coordinates on real iOS devices.

My version of Appium: 1.20.0-beta.0
iOS for all devices is 14.3

This one happens randomly.
