Appium desktop is unable to locate "Floating Text" on iOS real device

I am facing a issue while inspecting a floating text in iOS real device, unable to locate the element marked in the attached screen shot. the error message appears in the screen is a floating text, which is not able to inspect using appium desktop.

Does anybody have some idea how to resolve the issue…
is it a really possible or appium can’t locate floating text. if it really an appium issue then we should report it as a bug.
answers would be appriciated.
