appium server 在1.4.16之后就不在升级了，而后有了desktop。
在使用desktop时，我们发现如果使用过adb后再启动就会提示5037被占用的情况，反之亦然（desktop启动后，再使用adb命令发现就获取不到设备了）。
请问有什么办法解决吗？
