How to left swipe(Horizental) in radio button group and select a desired radio button?

I am trying to swipe in group of radio buttons and select one of them with UIAutomater.

Could please someone let me know the right way to do it. Unable to find anything on google.

Just click on the radio button element, it will enable/disable
