How to restart the iOS application without uninstalling via appium

I am working automation script for one of my iOS applications and I want to kill the application by swiping up and then want to again open the application.
So, What should I do?

Appium server version: 1.22.2
IntelliJ IDEA version: IntelliJ IDEA 2021.3.3 (Community Edition)
macOS 12.3
