Simulator for iOS 9 does not work with Appium 1.4.8 on Mac OSX 10.11

Hi,

Simulator for iOS9 is not available in 1.4.8; and forcing version9 does not work as well. Read somewhere that I need to upgrade to 1.4.13. But couldn’t do it.

Below are the details…
MAC OSX : 10.11 El Capitan
Xcode : 7.0.1
Appium: 1.4.8

I am not sure how can I upgrade to 1.4.13 as the dmg build for it is not available yet.
I am new to Appium. Not sure what I need to do to make it work
