Unable to Run Appium on device as it gives port busy or connection refused

Hi All,

I have MacBook Pro and have update to Big Sur.
And Appium with Version 1.15.1.
When i have completed the set up in the Xcode, the WebDriveragent is not installed.
When i try to run the test case on my real device(iPhone 7), it throws “Unable to launch WebDriveragent because of Xcode build failure” error constantly. When I have changed the port, it says port is busy or connection refused.
Any help appreciated. Attaching the logs and screenshot for reference.

APP for simulator. For real device you should use build ending with “IPA”
