see above error. easiest solution - in Appium GUI from in list “'iPhone 6 (0249BE06-CD62-4873-ABBD-10849C84C13D) (8.1 Simulator)” remove all text except “iPhone 6” and try again. (valid for MAC GUI). possibly same with others.
