Data driving from excel to mobile app dropdown options possible?

​Hi,
Like in the attached screenshot, there are 3 drop down fields in my app with subsequent field getting enabled/populated with options based on the input selection in the preceding drop down.

I want to know whether it is possible or not to capture these drop downs options in three columns in excel sheet and drive them into the app.

can you please help?
