Failed: /bin/sh -c xcrun --sdk iphonesimulator --show-sdk-version Error - Cant Launch IOS Simulator

Hi All,
Today I updated my mac to the new El Capitan operating system and now I can’t run my IOS simulator script to launch Safari browser.
I got this error. I was able to run the simulator last night before I upgraded to El Capitan operating system.
Can anyone assist with issue?
Thanks.
