How to change the address to which chrome driver points to?

android - 4.4.2
appium - 1.2.2
java-client - 1.6.2
OS- Windows 7

Following is the code

capabilities.setCapability(MobileCapabilityType.PLATFORM_NAME, “Android”);
capabilities.setCapability(MobileCapabilityType.PLATFORM_VERSION, “4.4.2”);
capabilities.setCapability(MobileCapabilityType.DEVICE_NAME, “Nexus 5”);
capabilities.setCapability(MobileCapabilityType.BROWSER_NAME, “Chrome”);

     driver = new AppiumDriver(new URL("http://0.0.0.0:4723/wd/hub"), capabilities);

But i got error reason is chrome driver not initiated, because the ip address its running is not free that is 127.0.0.1 please let me know how to change the ip address chrome refering to

By using appium server flags address it just changes appium address but not chrome so please let me know how to change the ip address chrome refering to

Hi @sendlink

Does the error say ip address is not free or port not free.
If it says port is not free then bring up task manager and you will find chromedriver.exe running.
End that process and try again.

@Ram There is no chromedriver.exe running in task manager, but the url 127.0.0.1 is busy

Are you running any other softwares that use localhost ?
Maybe XAMPP or APACHE or some similar program is running…
