How to get Toast POP-ups?

Hello. Anyone has figured out how to get Toasts? I have seen some tutorials that you have to change from mobile mode to web mode but none of them worked so far. The thing is that I am testing a login form and I need to read the text from the Toast and be sure that the correct message is shown. If any ideas, let me know. Thank you.
