Instruments Usage Error - Launching on a Real iOS Device

Hi everyone.

I am trying to launch Safari on a real iOS device, an iPad2.
When I try to launch my script I am seeing the following in the logs and I am not able to launch Safari.

info: [debug] [INST STDERR] Instruments Usage Error : Specified target process is invalid: {}
instruments, version 6.1 (56160)
usage: instruments [-t template] [-D document] [-l timeLimit] [-i #] [-w device] [[-p pid] | [application [-e variable value] [argument …]]]

I initially had issues with the SafariLauncher but rebuilt it and it seems to be fine, now I am running into this issue.

This is my desired caps to go with this …

iOSDeviceWeb {
def capabilities = new DesiredCapabilities()
capabilities.setCapability(“platformName”,“iOS”)
capabilities.setCapability(“deviceName”,“iPad2”)
capabilities.setCapability(“platformVersion”,“8.1”)
capabilities.setCapability(“browserName”, “Safari”)
capabilities.setCapability(“launchTimeout”,“20000”)
capabilities.setCapability(“bundleId”, bundle)
capabilities.setCapability(“udid”,“0d0404b24f2fad46051111d56d811d900cb2a762”)
driver = { new RemoteWebDriver(new URL(“http://127.0.0.1:4723/wd/hub”), capabilities) }
}

Any input on how to resolve this would be great.

I am running:
Mac: OSX 10.9.5
Appium: 1.3.6
XCode: 6.1.1
iOS: 8.1
