iOS: executeScript: installCertificate Error: The temporary web server cannot be started

Salutations.
So I’ve been testing out the functionality of installCertificate on iOS real device using the Appium inspector. I get an error saying that a temporary web server cannot be created on my system.

I’m wondering what causes this web server issue as clearly Appium is able to communicate with the WebDriverAgent. I understand the plist file isn’t the correct format but it should still be able to start the web server. Any help would be appreciated
