Is there any compatibility issue between Ventura and Appium?

I am getting error asking to setup env variable ANDROID_HOME though it is already set.Please help me!

You are missing a very important part of the problem. You updated, from what? If it was anything close to Catalina you have been changed from bash to zsh and will have to set environmental variables accordingly: https://niklasmtj.de/blog/set-environment-variable-macos-linux
