Issue while connecting real iOS device using appium 1.5.3

I ma trying to launch app from appium 1.5.3 in real device .
App path and UDID was given correctly.

After launch of server I have seen below errors.

It’s most likely of your app’s problem. Try to open a different app to make sure that you’re doing everything right.
