Emulator not starting - no Qt platform plugin could be initialized

Hi All,

Emulator is not launching and gets the popup.
Am getting the Qt Platform plugin not initialized error.

  • Appium version - 1.18.0
  • Emulator/Simulator or Real Device - Emulator
  • Client language (language binding) - Java
  • OS - Windows
