Unable to launch WebDriverAgent because of xcodebuild failure

Hi, I’m working on a hybrid App (Ionic) and the App does not launch in the simulator, my code is:

const wdio = require('webdriverio');

const opts = {
  port: 4723,
  desiredCapabilities: {
    platformName: "iOS",
