After popup taping , I am unable to inspect elements ( Android 9.0 ( Emulator) Appium Desktop version 1.13.0 ,Java, ubuntu 18)

I am unable to xpath android.widget.TextView elements from android.support.v7.widget.RecyclerView.

eg
List lst= Driver.findElementsById(“com.app.hiri:id/chapterNameTV”);

I am getting message
