Android app can open links in Chrome browser but always see welcome screen

Hi
I have an Android app that can open links in Chrome browser but always see welcome screen (like when you first download/use chrome). How can I disable this?

Although there is a note, that it will show the welcome screen, and the test will work either, this is not true here. The test is hanging because the welcome screen interrupts this :(.

Any ideas would be nice.
