The error that you are getting is that the ‘io.appium.settings’ app won’t start, possibly because it’s a later version than what comes with your current Appium. Recommend clearing that app off the phone and starting again.

I would like to inform you that we cleared the app off manually by going to AppManager-> AppiumSettings → Uninstall.
After performing above step, we are starting Appium again and plugin the device with our laptop but now AppiumSettings app is not installing/available in our device which i believe would present automatically when we start to perform automation.
Check that it is uninstalled with adb:
