Has anyone seen this error while attempting to run test on appium 1.5.2?

Ya I have got same issue for iOS automation

same issue happend for me,but i checked the app location everything was perfect.

First time it worked properly again it gave same error
Same issue i am facing for 1.6.3.

Anyone Got the solution for this ?

I no longer get this and i fixed it by reinstalling xcode and appium.
