No, there are no certifications.
There is no Official Certification for Appium, you can take training and get basic certification for Appium at MindMajix.
There is no official certification exam, but there are some course provider with assessment exam. Check out the details Certified Mobile Testing (Appium) Professional.
Also you might want to check out the Appium and Selenium Fundamentals certification . The code challenges will apply automation to real world use cases, and you will come out able to tackle the most challenging automation jobs.

Hi, I recently took the LambdaTest Appium 101 certification. And it is totally worth it. They offer a hands-on test automation project on real-life use cases. Also, it’s completely free of cost.
This certification has two rounds. The first round is objective, consisting of 40 questions that cover MCQs around Appium automation. The second round is an assignment, which contains a problem statement that you need to automate using Appium on their real device cloud.
