Appium - How to select a year in ion-picker Android C#?

Hi, can anyone help with the ion-picker? I’ve tried touchAction option, sendKeys but nothing works. This wheel is an ion-picker element on Android and I’m using C# to build auto tests. Appreciate any help

When i want to go 1990 year in date picker its not scrolling

In many cases it does not work here. I use tap above and below to descrease/increase value and chech is new value correct now. On android this works quite fast.
