Appium Inspector - Blank page on inspecting app from Browserstack

I want to inspect the mobile app from BrowserStack instead of Appium server and I am new to inspecting apps from cloud.

Here are the steps I did

  1. Selected browserstack tab and inputted the credentials
  2. Created desired capabilities of the device
  3. From appium inspector, click on Start Session

The image of the app is not captured and its blank

Appium Inspector: v2021.9.2

Can anyone guide me on how to do this properly?

So this works locally. Iā€™m not sure if BrowserStack supports this kind of use case. Here is their support page:

You should let them know the issue that you are facing. If you are paying for this service then you are entitled to support.
