Appium Inspector find page freeze

Appium inspector is not able to find account information page for my app. I am using Android 7(Nougat). Please advise if it is due to enhanced security features for Nougat, as we are trying to fetch the account information(Example - Names, Address, credit card details). If this the case please advice the solution or possible way around.

try to inspect on lower versions of Android like 4.4.2
