Appium Inspector Not Showing Elements in iOS

Trying to access UITableViewCell in a UITableView.

Developers have set isAccessibilityElement = true and set an accessibilityIdentifier and accessibilityValue.

Not sure why I cannot access these elements still.

Any ideas? Let me know if you need more info from me. Thanks
