Appium IOS(iPad) Automation using Selenium in C# server and client setup

I need to write my C# test cases(Scripts) in VS2015. I need to use Appium Tool and selenium framework. Please let me know one below,

  1. Appium Client setup in windows machine- Need to know required tools\software and that to be installed and followed in windows client server for writing test scripts and connecting to appium server which is MAC machine

  2. Appium Server Setup- Confused from many website on appium server setup. I need to set up Appium Server in MAC mahine to test my app in simulator and real device i;e iPad.

MAC OSX is 10.12.X
XCode is 8.3.X
