Does appium support running tests on simulator running inside a virtual machine that runs on windows machine.

Yes it will work, but it will be slow depends on configuration of VMWare

You can install appium.dmg , xcode on VM and create a simulator and work on it.
You can access VM(MAC OS) using windows machine…

Hey Amit,
Can we work on real devices through VM?
I have a windows machine and planning to create a vm with Mac os and install Xcode and Appium. Is it possible to work with real device after this set up?
