Can Appium 1.4 run on Window server 2003?

Hi All,

I am trying to setup Appium on Window Server 2003 with service pack 2 and Microsoft .Net Framework 4 but it shows error. Can Appium 1.4 support on window server 2003 and what is the pre-condition to install appium?

try Windows NT - should work!
