In selenium we use excel sheet to store our test data and use those data while automation ,in the same way is it possible to use Office Libre Sheets in MAC OS to input test data in the iOS simulator ??

You cannot use selenium library to read from excel. Selenium is used to automate browser, that’s it. In any case, it is not Selenium/Appium issue. Find some other library which does that.
