Dmg for the latest 1.3 version

Any reason why the 1.3 was published without official dmg installation file?

Well i tried download appium dmg from website and it was 1.3.1 dmg . looks like it is released without any notifications . but using this interface , my CPU utilization goes up and my laptop starts crying (even though this is latest macbook air , 8GB RAM ) . Appium hangs everytime i try to run inspector . Guys help !
