Does Appium support Win2012R2

Hi,

I am starting with the setup of appium and having below doubts. Please help

  1. Does Appium support Win2012R2
  2. In case I am using VM machine to test real devices. Where I need to attach the devices in VM server or in the machine from whree i am accessing the VM.
