Entire addin web view is getting selected in IOS Outlook Js Addin. Not able to select single element inside web view using Appium

We have Outlook Js Addin supported in all platforms like MacOS Windows, iOS, iPad, Android, OWA.
Using Appium we started automation testing on all platforms.
In Mac and Windows we are able to Open Addin taskpane web view and Get elements from taskpane web view.
In IOS and IPad, we are able to Open Addin web view , But we are not able to select individual elements inside web view. Entire web view is getting highlighted.

This is webView inside official Outlook app. I hardly believe you can do anything here to see elements inside.
