Error while running test script

I am using OS X El Capitan(Version 10.11.13) , Appium(1.4.13) and Ruby ruby 2.0.0p645.
When i run a test script i am running into below error also shared the gems list installed.
Can some one please help!!

Do you really think it’s a good idea to run Eclipse out of the downloads folder? I’m not saying that this is “the” problem, but do you think that this might be one symptom of a bad setup? I think the best advice is to install everything properly, paying attention to all the details, then create a new workspace and try to do this again from scratch. The error you are seeing is pretty cryptic, and I wish I had more insight to give, but I think you might be best served by starting over with a little more attention to detail.
