You don’t mention it but you are probably using Eclipse IDE and haven’t set $JAVA_HOME. See here for setting environment variables in Eclipse:

thanks for your response i set the java path pure java program means it is running but when coming to appium it showing this error

Sure, that will work from the command line, but it seems like you are probably using an IDE. You don’t confirm so I can’t really tell.
