Gst-launch-1.0.exe and/or gst-inspect-1.0.exe cannot be found

I can’t find what I’m doing wrong. I have installed G-stream both the development and the runtime msi and it is stored in :

C:\gstreamer\1.0\mingw_x86_64

The G-streamer path is C:\gstreamer\1.0\mingw_x86_64\bin, as I found in the only two websites talking about this problem, only in japanese, but still my appium doctor complains that the packages aren’t there.
I’m not a superadvanced developer but I find the explanation somewhat lacking here. Can someone help me?

  1. Are you following a tutorial? If so can you provide a link to it and say which step is failing?
  2. What error are you getting? Can you cut and paste it here?
