Am automating IOS app in iphone 7 am able to inspect the elements and able to run the script through appium. But when i switch over to different mobile devices iphone 11 am not able to inspect it is showing as XCUIElementTypeOther and work with elements any workaround or solution available to handle this.

Your iPhone7 iOS version is MAX 15 version while iPhone11 i believe has latest 17 version. Representation with each version may differ.
You should more rely on element ids and this is question to your app developers how they support/provide them.
