Best info I’ve found:

  1. Looks like you can DL the 3d print files & code for free. So let’s say the cost of internet connection, parts, blood, sweat, and tears.
  2. I don’t see any.
  3. Above. Maybe a follow up on some discussion boards.
  4. Above. Probably a lot of trial and error.
