How to launch application on iOS Simulator on Mac using CMD Line.

This is the command that launches the app in Terminal from my appium log:

instruments -t /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Instruments.app/Contents/PlugIns/AutomationInstrument.xrplugin/Contents/Resources/Automation.tracetemplate -w "iPad 2 (8.2 Simulator)" /Path/To/MyApp.app
