Actually there is 1 screen and on clicking any button another small screen open on it and when I try to click any element on small screen , it is not interactive
Can someone help to give me solution or way to deal with this kind of situation

Sounds like a problem that only your developers can help with.
It might be the app opens a separate window on the second screen. Try to enable the enableMultiWindows option from Element(s) Cannot be Found troubleshooting tutorial

I tried setting enableMultiWindows settings as true but doesn’t work
Seems need to ask engineer to fix it on code side
