Instrument crashed on start up

I am working on APPIUM 1.3.3, Xcode 5.1 and MAC OS 10.8
When I am launching the app on the simulator it is throwing the error

Error Messages.
Instrument crashed on start up.
Server exited with code 523.

Please help me to resolve this.

Please can you provide the appium server logs?

It helps to start appium with this option: --show-ios-log and paste those logs here. Also, if you use the </> icon in the WYSIWYG with your log output selected. It will be more readable if the thread gets long.
