Instruments crashed on startup error when i migrated my device from 8.1 to 8.4

My Automation code was working good, until i upgraded my device from 8.1 to 8.4

now i get an error Instruments crashed on startup ,any Idea how can i fix this.

got fixed once i upgraded XCode version to 6.4
