Hi,
Previously I’m able to run my tests against IOS real devices (IOS version 7.1.1) without any problem. However when I tried to run the tests against IOS version 8.2, I got the following error:

I am just wondering is it a bug in Appium version 1.3.7? I tried running Appium from source (latest version 1.40) but it doesnt work either. 
I have enabled “UI Automation” setting on my iOS device 8.2.
My environments are:
Appium version = 1.3.7 (running using appium &)
Xcode = 5.1.1
Mac = 10.9.5
