I want to automate an iOS app using appium but I don’t have a Mac machine. I am using Windows machine.
Can I use appium in this case for iOS app automation on Windows machine ?

Well, I guess you can’t (directly).
There is an option to use virtualized MacOS on your Windows machine.
This way should work.
