Do we have any way to run iOS apps automation on a windows machine ?
3rd party cloud based solutions offer a way to do this, like SauceLabs, Browserstack, etc.
I believe you can even inspect the app through Appium Inspector or one of their proprietary schemes (depends on the vendor).
Probably should do a trial with a couple of them and see which one suits your needs.
