iOS device not recognized in VMware Mac OS 10.11

I’m trying to run Appium in IOS real device, I have set all required settings in Mac, But while trying to connect IOS device its not recognized,

I can able to Identify Android devices. only issue with Apple devices.

Please help me on this.

What errors are you receiving in the client and appium server logs?

While try to see my Device in XCode or iTunes its not displayed over there. I’m stuck in initialization step itself.
