[iOS] Failed to connect to XC Automation

Hi all. I’m having an issue with my iPhone:

Preconditions:

  1. Appium Studio Version 11.3.82
  2. OS Windows 10 64bit
  3. Device iPhone 6 iOS 11.2.1

Result:
I’ve got error Could not support non-instrumented mode.Failed to connect to XC Automation. Make sure the appleId profile is trusted…
I went to device settings - that profile doesn’t exist but I have no idea how to add it there.

Any suggestions?

Have your linked appium studio with apple devleoper account or added provisioning profile with device UDID mapped ?

Hi, devleoper account.
I do not know, added provisioning profile with device UDID mapped.

I have already restored the device, I have tried with new devices…does not work
