This issue is something I’ve been struggling with in my own project, and the workaround they’re presenting is something that I think would work perfect for my own needs. I’ve made a fork but I can’t find where Appium is actually calling the various UIAutomator( or UIAutomator2) functions so I can make the swap myself.
Where can I find that specific piece / how can I sift through the repo?
