Need to change proxy setting of wifi for fiddler using appium code is it possible?

Can you explain in detail what are you trying to achieve. Are you trying to capture calls/response then probably you can try BMP or little proxy [ assuming you are using JAVA]
I need to navigate to setting than wifi to change proxy that we make during fiddler and all we have to do this using appium code is it possible? if yes please share some code. @Sunny Sachdeva
